Well my thoughts were:

It's a grandmaster.

Dragon thrown axes are not enough, the only other reward is the pickaxe (from the minigame that is unlocked by the grandmaster quest.)

There has to be special focus on the pickaxe itself. What kind of pickaxe do you think it is Lathow, I think you might be thinking of ... blast mining? Where you can instantly get ore from the rock?

Is this bad of me? I just did wb's, only got two worlds because the third was crashed and I made the right decision in running this time.
Back at Quercus, someone agreed to sell supplies to someone who'd paid, so I followed them in and killed.

So yeah.. lol

Nop, they know there is a risk of that happening when they sell supplies. :)

It just makes little sense to expect players to add a 13m tool in their belts, and then introduce the best woodcutting and mining tools from crystal triskelion keys, only to make such a tool obsolete. There were plans for the quest for a while now. A pickaxe might not have been designed but they definitely agreed to not turn the dragon pickaxe obsolete. Besides, how much faster can these skills get? You already woodcut and mine resources at a relatively fast speed at high levels.

Also, I can't tell what the words on the concept art are. It appears that it says dwarven inferno pickaxe on the right though. I don't think that says much on its own but it's most likely going to be an inferno adze equivalent.

What's really interesting is the part it has an enchanted version by the way..

I remember someone had a long thread about that minigame here a while back.
It was also mentioned that Dorik can remove d picks from your toolbelt if we are talking about this thread..

That would be Regicidal and his concept is basically the same as Jagex's (Regicidal was at Jagex to present the idea though.)
