I think death is a light punishment. There's much, much worse. And the way they do it too, if they do execute them it'll be all nice and dandy with a lethal injection, but not before they put them to sleep so they don't feel a thing. Trust me, death is a light punishment compared to life in solitary confinement, 2 meals a day and no human interaction.

Death penalty is punishment. Punishment for a crime the person committed. It's justified.

Some people commit crimes so grave they don't deserve to live anymore. A life for a life. If you steal someone's life then you deserve to die.
