It's very low, minimum is 680 euros a month when working legally but only around 300 euros a month when not working legally. Employers are not allowed to pay under 680 but many do and if you need money to eat you won't say no. Hi

Note that Ironman and Hardcore Ironman players will see increased spawn rates, durations, and other global effects, but will not get personal benefits such as improved drop rates, XP or point gains.
