If you use Linkify, click the post number in the top right hand corner of the post you want to link.

You can use the quote id of the post you want to link to with the usual [qfc id=][/qfc]

This will direct to the 69th post of this thread for instance.

Edit: since I'm terrible at explaining, have a read at this post + the one below.
Edit2: the one below is actually more useful than the one I linked too >.<
