If it falls below 2 seeders then it's most likely the file is dead. Speed is dependent on the quality and quantity of seeders for the most part, that's why people are encouraged to seed for a few hours after having downloaded the full file.

Doesn't various networks have apps where you can watch episodes shown on their network? I know CBS has one, but it's not available in my country. :(

I couldn't watch a video from there either. However, I turned on ZenMate, switched it to the US location and it loaded one of the Big Bang Theory episodes.
