I don't know but every torrent I read (via comments) complained about the lack of subtitles in most of the verified torrents I came across.

Not really when you can pretty much download shows for free, in good quality (if you know where to look).

Isn't Netflix slow with uploading new shows too?

The torrent you linked seems the best as far as episodes are concerned though. It seems to include all episodes (including all the special episodes).

Yeah i guess..

I just like how i can watch it on my Phone or tv or whatever i want.

Hate dealing with streams and buffering.

I suggest you download it before the number of seeders falls below the point of untorrentable. Can always look for some subs online later!
