In short, you afk wearing guthan armour in order to train combat and it's 100% afk. It pretty much replaced all other training methods as far as I know.

Unless you play for fun then you'd still do other stuff! I've lost my arrow. Have you seen it? It's been on my mind a lot lately...

Unless you play for fun then you'd still do other stuff! The 100% AFK training method is too good to pass :( You need 80s in melee stats so  you'll have your fair share of normal combat grinding as well :P
