it's good to know a bit about the feature of CM. I hope you will (if you can :P ) still improve your support and try to get involved into the community.

Dear CM team,
I think that you are doing a poor job.
The kinds of events you've been scheduling (i think its your department) have been fostering the attitudes and gaming habits of what the community commonly refer to as "noobs."
Two recent examples:
"Get your 99's here". This only helped further RSers' misconception that Levels 1 through 98 = failure by making it seem like one should just train solidly all the way to 99 with your assistance before actually USING the skill.
"Help us get to 500k fans" Why do you need half a million fans when you have 2 million players? Simple. Because you care about your popularity/ranking on another site. This encourages an unhealthy idea that quantity is better than quality, popularity actually matters, and that a buisness can be friends with an individual.
In short: Please stop trying to help, because you're making things worse. Please stop directing us to other websites; you have one of your own. Please do more ingame, and unannounced. I've never actually seen a Jmod on Gielinor, and I feel that that should have been your first concern:

Here's a bit about me.
I am a adult player. Who enjoys playing Runescape on my free time when I'm home from both of my jobs in the rl lol. I enjoy playing my 360 most out of all my other consoles. I can't wait for Elder Scrolls: Skyrim (I'm requesting off work at both jobs to play it all day. lol) And I am planning to marry my fiance (Akount) soon within this year. If money wise works out, then it won't be too long before I'm with my loved one. :)

What will be your key focus in your work role over the next few months? (I'll answer this by being a player of Runescape) In the next few Months I plan to get 99 dungeoneering and start working towards my other future 99's. I really want that Maxed cape. :(

It's so nice to have the internet back! I've been busy moving so it seems like it has been forever since I've had the opportunity to relax and play some RS.

It could be nice to prevent the others communities from J-mods transfers. For exemple, Mod Edu. He was the ONLY french J-Mod, then you transfered him to an another service and you prevented the english community and not us (french community) ? He was our only Jmod since more than 1 year and no bye or something else ?
