It sounds good. But so does alot of thing that dont live up to expectations. I'm more don't tell me you plan to do more. Show me. Stop with the this group is too busy that group is too busy. Start with we know its important to make time for our customers and than do it.
Development is useless if done blindly and without feedback.
Marketing is wasted if in marketing you anger 90 percent of your player base.
I could go on but the point is nothing is more important and more beneficial of anyone's time at Jagex than listening to the customer. Time to stop telling the customer. Put the ego down step back and remember who you make the game for.
