Just a heads up...if you have already liked the facebook pages of runescape...just unlike and like it again for the drawing information to come up, when you click on enter here...read the rules first though it'll be a pop up window, you'll have to have a valid E-mail, name, account name
if you all are confused of why facebook...cause its a main place to get known so they want all the people who support runescape to get on facebook and get it known so other games cower in fear of this awesome game and how great it is...since they recently promoted facebook they want everyone from runescape to come to facebook to support them...yes it requires making of a facebook account but facebook accounts are free =P

Few answers to some of the questions being asked.
No there isn't a laptop in there, it was a "Laptop skin" (A cover)
In addition the competition is here to celebrate our Facebook following so this is an exclusive competition for them.
We hold many competitions so I am confident there will be ones for people without Facebook accounts. However, if you want to enter there is nothing stopping you creating a Facebook account simply for the purpose of entering the competition.
No you do not need to "unlike2 the page and "like" it again. Just head over to the competitions tab where you will already be able to enter. :)
