It says "...may all your hits be 99" because that was the old combat system; life points and damage points were multiplied by 10 a while ago to create a more effective fighting system.

hey mods!!!! u guys should have an update about reporting people cuz it really mess up and you guys need to stop banning people cuz der no point u will lose alot of people playing rs if u guys keep banning people for stupid reason thank for ur time i hope u guys understand me
