I agree with the other people who posted in here about t-shirts with a subtle meaning/relation to RuneScape without giving the meaning away to non-players. I'd much rather wear one of those t-shirts rather than getting called horrible names for wearing a t-shirt with "RuneScape" on it.
I also agree with the person who mentioned about real life skill capes - that would be the shizzle indeed! I'd happily wear a Slayer skill cape. ;)
More hoodies and accessories (wristbands, mugs, etc.) would be awesome too!
1. If you've not bought anything from the store yet, could you tell me why?
I'm 14, I don't have a debit card and my Dad is extremely picky with what he uses his credit card on.
Besides, if people in real life knew I played RuneScape I'm pretty sure my life would be made a living hell.
2. The latest t-shirts (the clan logo ones) are a bit of a change in tempo to the earlier stuff - they're limited edition and designed by monkeys for a start. What do you think? better? worse? different?
I actually like these t-shirts - I don't think you should make them limited edition though. Some people might really want one of those t-shirts but are having current problems which gets in the way of their purchase.
You should keep them in there for the long term. :)

I haven't bought anything yet for a few reasons.
A) None of the shirt designs really appeal to me, besides Cabbage Bomb. I don't like "talking" shirts, or the very obviously RS ones. I prefer...subtler? shirts, with an interesting but fairly simple design. The Cabbage Bomb shirt is great!
B) I don't like the sleeve length for the girl shirts; they're too short for my taste. I buy shirts where the sleeves are ~elbow length, 3/4 length, or wrist length. If sleeves are too short, they might bunch/roll up and be uncomfortable at times. I hate having to pull my sleeve to fix it.
C) I never got really interested in the items for the reasons in A. And, they aren't really useful for me. If there were things I usually buy, like comfy pjs, stuffed animals, or little interesting knickknacks, I would totally buy stuff.
Things I would like to see:
Shirts/pajamas with simple but interesting designs, RuneScape-related but something I could wear anywhere. Designs that come from skills and quests particularly would be high on my list.
I would also love some plushies <3 I think that plushies/trinkets people would like to buy would make a great poll. Just putting this out there, I love warped tortoises, foxes, and pawyas most~~ =3 Summoning creatures would also be great.
For other items, I'd love to buy things quest-specific in particular. I don't mean shirts/mouse mats, but actual items (or people XD) from quests. Lots of people keep quest memorabilia in the bank, but real life items are even better! If you sold things like Zanik plushies, a ruby dragon figurine (Buyers & Cellars), or an Herb pouch (Glorious Memories) coinpurse/bag, I (& a lot of people I know) can almost guarantee buying them (But don't make them lame! Use your creativity =3).
Basically, make what you sell have universality, but also that unique RS-ness and humor that your players love! Then they'd be awesome gifts for birthdays and holidays, even for people who don't play!
Sincerely,
Smileh

The pirated versions are cheaper. :P (kidding)
2. The latest t-shirts (the clan logo ones) are a bit of a change in tempo to the earlier stuff - they're limited edition and designed by monkeys for a start. What do you think? better? worse? different?
Expensive!
I can buy a hoodie from the college book store for 20.
For 30 I can get a hoodie four bottles of Mt. Dew and a Snickers bar.
For 15 I can buy three vanity tee's. (Not kidding)

All kidding aside Paul, I find the prices to be a bit much.
If you make an in game non-trade-able player cape w/hood from the Jagex store I wouldn't even fight. I might even tap into my beer fund. I would probably end up buying it.

First of all shipping costs have always put me off, but I suppose you can't do much about that...
Other than that is the lack of shirt designs that appealed to me and when I did find one it didn't have it on the type of shirt I like. I personally prefer tank tops, but a lot of them you can only get on the t-shirts, or at other times it will be available on both tops but the *-shirts will be the only ones available with different colours.
Also it would be nice to see a larger variety of accessory type items or whatever.
I read someone saying a bob the cat shoulder bag a page or so back? I want one of those, haha.... ^_^

They're pretty good, I like that they aren't too in your face, although I’m not really into that whole clan thing, but they’re still good. :P

Hello Paul!
1. If you've not bought anything from the store yet, could you tell me why?
N/A... I did and I still wear it but it was from the old store, besides I have lots of st00f from you nao.

2. The latest t-shirts (the clan logo ones) are a bit of a change in tempo to the earlier stuff - they're limited edition and designed by monkeys for a start. What do you think? better? worse? different?
Limited Edition + Clothing + Gaming Brand = FAIL.
Anyway, I've noticed that you've put more clothes up and I kind of like the style that they are going in but they need to be a little bit more covert RuneScape-wise.
Most of the playerbase (not me btw, I walk around in my RuneFest top as I want to at college) want to wear some stuff but want to be a closet scaper. I'd happily walk around in a Jagex hoodie, tshirt etc - maybe if it had the logo on the front and on the side the same icons as inside the Jagex mugs?
I like the pun images, like the cabbage bomb etc. However I would like to see more things like that and more phrases that are quite funny that people might not get opposed to plain RuneScape branding.
I <3 R S = No. Remove it from the store!@ - It's really unoriginal :c
"I PK'ed your mom!" - Your mum jokes got too old and it's really childish, it stands for things that RS isn't in maturity.

I've considered it, but the store lacks 'interesting' items.
Suggestion: A simple metal key chain with the initials 'RS'.
2. The latest t-shirts (the clan logo ones) are a bit of a change in tempo to the earlier stuff - they're limited edition and designed by monkeys for a start. What do you think? better? worse? different?
I like my brands (Armani Exchange, Lacoste, Banana Republic etc.) so I most likely wouldn't purchase an RS shirt with "I PKed your mom". I wouldn't mind one of those Jagex hoodies Jiblix mentioned on a previous post. ;)

I bought a bunch of stuff a while back when the store first opened. It actually had really nice stuff in there. Now all the good stuff is gone and is mostly just clothes.
2. The latest t-shirts (the clan logo ones) are a bit of a change in tempo to the earlier stuff - they're limited edition and designed by monkeys for a start. What do you think? better? worse? different?
I like the new designs. I'm tempted to maybe buy a shirt or two (plus I'm a hat guy, but I only buy the hat if it was black). If there was better stuff in there, I'd most likely order, but not for just t-shirts. Maybe if the new book was in there, some wicked coffee mugs with sweet logos. Mouse pads, toys, stuffies, charms, joke stuff etc.
I wear my gear with pride. I'm not embarrassed to play Runescape nor does anyone 'poke fun at me' for playing it, when they see me in a store. Most people say 'Cool!' and I make a new friend. My daughter now plays. I've even had people offer to buy my gear off my back at the store Lol. 'No dice!' I worked hard for my RS st00f and I'm keeping it!

A: Nothing has really stricken my interest that made me go "Omg! I HAVE to have this!!!" And the clothes are nice..but are something I wouldn't ever want to wear outside of the house...obvious reasons... >.>
One thing I'd like to point out is the lack of accessories and non-wearable material. And for the pin buttons...no offense...but those are kinda lame. ;) I will make a 2nd post after this going thoroughly over some of my ideas.
2. The latest t-shirts (the clan logo ones) are a bit of a change in tempo to the earlier stuff - they're limited edition and designed by monkeys for a start. What do you think? better? worse? different?
As mentioned above, the clothes are some that I wouldn't dare wear outside of my house without fear of getting eggs or other foreign objects thrown at me. The new batch of clothes are a little better...but could still use a little improvement. If I ever bought/won one...I would probably just pin it up on my wall and hang it more like a poster than a piece of clothing to wear.

Shipping Costs are too expensive when compared with the cost of the actual product. I live in China =/
Maybe if you introduced plushies / more accessories / rs themed game sets.

It's alright. I like the cabbage bomb shirt, but the one with loads of logos on it is too cluttered.
