Hello Mr. Church!
I really enjoy the storyline to RS. One of my favorite stories is about the Myreque. I'm currently waiting for Myreque 5, I don't know what's going to happen now that the developer for it has left Jagex
I want to ask-you say in the book that Canifis it the "capital of Morytania". I thought that Meiyerditch/Darkmeyer was the capital. I know this book is canon, but can you please explain why you switched them around?
Also, do you put your on left shoe first or your right shoe first when you get dressed in the morning?
Thank you!

To Master Church:
You likely do not remember me, but I participated in your previous question and answer session... I apologise if I raised your hopes in vain by speaking of the noted intellectual of my acquaintance... He is well-known in the Bangladeshi intellectual community, but I realise that may not exactly help your readership much.
Anyway, I have some fresh questions for you this time around. I have decided against limiting myself to a single question this time, but I have no wish to waste your time, so please do not feel obligated to answer all of my questions.
1) When Jagex modified your work to make it fit the canon, did this result in you learning anything about the lores? To clarify, I do not necessarily mean things that are not publicly known, but was there any lore knowledge you gained from this experience that you had previously had no idea about?
2) What is your personal opinion of the Knights of Falador? Betrayal at Falador is in fact what led me to my current fascination with the knights (a friend and I even created an ongoing roleplay story thingy focussed upon them). However, in Betrayal at Falador, I note that you clearly depicted scenarios such as hypocrisy, and I recall you saying at one point that Theodore will find his ideals more difficult to live up to in Return to Canifis. What, then, do you actually make of the knights?
3) What is your opinion of Lord Daquarius?
4) I loved the recent ingame references to the books - They made me literally squeal with joy in real life. However, I would like to know about your involvement in these references and your thoughts on them.
5) This is not exactly a question, but I acquired the paperback edition of Betrayal at Falador and finished reading it. It was, as I anticipated from the first chapter, better by far than the hardcover (not that the hardcover was at all bad - Far from it). I say this because you requested information on it last time.
Anyway, I have yet to acquire Return to Canifis, but I wish to do so as soon as possible.
I would like to thank you for your work on these marvellous, marvellous novels. Perhaps my love of RuneScape contributes to some sort of bias, but I really do think Betrayal at Falador might have been one of the best British fantasy novels of Fall 2010. (If you know of any better ones, though, please do inform me!)
Addendum: ...and after reading Return to Canifis, perhaps I shall force it down the throat of my intellectual friend as well.
The Asgarnian ale must flow.

Yes, Anamona, it is. I own both, and it is a shame that many hardcover owners do not realise this.
I was originally not planning on acquiring the paperback edition, but I then learned that the text is different.
It is the same story, you understand, but it has been vastly improved. Exciting new details, more subtle plot twists, all sorts of extra subtly-placed red herrings, and even at least one completely new and exclusive scene!
Hello and Congratz for the second book
I live in Turkey and i really want to read the book but Jagex Store doesn't sell items to Turkey and more places
And will you translate the book to Turkish or other languages ? I think we'll love if we can read this book
PS:Sorry for the bad English

How did you get to writing novels based on the Runescape world?
Do you hope your books will inspire Jagex when they're creating new quests?
Do you like quests?
I love them! I did all quests when I was combat 90. I mainly did them to become a better adventurer and to see which nice stories were scattered across Gielinor. The rewards are always nice to have, but not my goal to achieve. :p
I don't wanna keep you up too much, because there are lots of others waiting to get their questions answered, so here comes my final question:
Do you play (or have you played) Runescape yourself and if so, what's your favorite activity?(skill, combat, quest,minigame,... You name it!)
Hope you enjoyed writing your books and answering my questions
Yours sincerely,
~Smeithan~
