I started to answer this week's poll...and then I realized that it was simply a marketing poll. So, I stopped before I finished. It wasn't a poll...it was a way for a corporation to profile us for its marketing purposes.

I'm pretty disgusted that Jagex is taking the first steps toward making its player information available to corporations who want to market to us. Interesting that this "poll" followed an update that gave us more bank space if we gave Jagex our email address.

Tell me now where to opt out.

Watching & Playing Poll Feedback:

Question 2 was really hard to pick a choice for.

I could more easily have picked my least favorite (being Soap/ongoing Drama- seriously, who doesn't have enough drama in their lives already??). Good programming for me has a Fantasy or SciFi basis, can be done with live acting or Animation, and ought to have Comedy, Romance, and some Martial arts / Action in it (in that order). I also like Documentaries, unless they're about Soaps. I'd much rather watch Documentaries about the origins of dogs / cats than one more Action movie. Question 2 is more of an essay response than a multiple choice imo. ^_^

EDIT: Oo, and the above poster reminded me, a dash or three of horror is always welcome so long as its not the entire plot. :D

I've never participated in poll feedback, but this poll got me just annoyed enough to head over here. I don't participate in RuneScape polls to tell some company how they can advertise to me. I do it to give you (Jagex) feedback about the game. Great job selling out just to earn some money.

EDIT: Also, I'm a member, which I thought meant I wouldn't get bombarded with advertisements? I realize this was a Free/Member poll, but still.

Couldn't you guys try to arrange that with a bookstore or so?
The Legend of the Seeker books (in Holland known as The Laws of Magic), are so much better than they could ever film. :P
Unless Peter Jackson films it ofcourse..

I liked the poll though.
No matter the subject, I would still fill it in. ^_^ -=RuneScape and RuneFest veteran=- (20 Year Veteran cape, when?)
Whenever there is a discussion between RS3 and OSRS; remember Classic tops RS and OSRS. ^_^
