For Question 6, "Will you do us the honour of emailing us/posting on our thread with feedback for this poll?", I voted yes so here it is:
For Question 5, "What stops you from voting in polls or giving us feedback via our inbox/thread? (Select all that apply)", the reason I don't submit polls is because even though I think I have a good idea for a poll, the chances of my poll getting chosen are way too small for me to take the time to write out my poll and send it. I'd love to have my poll be the next poll, but you guys must receive what, like 500-100 poll suggestions per week?
I do wish there were more polls about recent updates. For example, "Do you like the new animations for ________?" or, "Do you welcome the __________ change?" or even polls about what the players want would be nice. Like, "Would you be interested in seeing a graphical update to Goblins?" Or, "Would you prefer a quest in the new Monkey Madness storyline, or a new story line?"
All those kinds of polls could be extremely useful in putting what the players want in perspective. You might have some updates nearing their launch date and you can ask, "Which would you rather see first: Animation pack 2, or new area sound effects?". Polls can be a vital part in player feedback, if you choose to use them so. The guaranteed content polls are great, but there's potential to make the polls so much more.
