I realize this is probably wrong, but I'm tired of everyone saying its the clover hat under the right side of the left monitor, next to bender in drag! Though I admit that's one of the first things I spotted.
I believe the Irish themed item is the Rubix cube, located under the left monitor, just above Gizmo's head, to the left of the blue kung-fu master, infront of the yellow ninja.

An Ironman suit on the far left side
upside down Jigglypuff just below Itronman
Gizmo from those old Gremlin movies.
A black Lego Ninja under the left monitor
Lego Qui Gon Ginn to the right of the Lego Ninja
A Moogle, or "Mog" from Final Fantasy, to the right of
Gizmo and under the Lego characters.
**Marvel Comic's The Hulk, right next to the Mog and to the right of the turtle plushies. Hulk is wearing what looks like a shamrock rubberband around his neck and holding what could be bags of gold.
Bender from Futurama in drag. He's clearly the big metal soupcan of a robot with the yellow wig and pink tutu.
Golden Joystick from the Golden Joystick awards.
Marvel Comic's Wolverine is located just below the far left corner of the right monitor.
Deadpool, another Marvel character, is standing on Wolverine's left side (to the right for us).
A Pizza Planet Alien from Disney's Toy Story is in a vending-machine bubble just below Wolverine
Rex, also from Toy Story, is in another vending-machine bubble to the right of the Pizza Planet Alien, just under Deadpool.
Bob-omb from Nintendo's Super Mario (and other Mario titles) is to the rght of Rex and left of the two Rabbids.
There are two Rabbids from Ubisoft's Rayman between the Bob-omb and Shaun, under the right monitor.
Shaun from Shaun of the Dead (directed by Edgar Wright), is located on the far right hand side of the right monitor.
There is a Rudolph Plush in a Coffee Cup right under the Bob-omb, behind the golden joystick.
What looks like a mini etchasketch on a wand to the right of the golden joystick.
