'I'm going way off of everyone else's guess and will say that it is the title of the blue covered book underneath the right monitor, below the toy shelf, above the black and yellow robot type thing that I don't know about and directly left of Shawn of the dead's cricket paddle.'
Regret to inform you that the blue blook, is in fact a blu-tack packet.....=)

It is the 4th toy in the middle row, from left to right.
Unrelated:
I spied a 1940's film about an Irish Girl called "IRENE" that had Saradomin Symbols hanging on the walls all throughout the film!
Irene had been the longest running show in Broadway history with 675 performances.

I think it's behind the monitor in the back (the back of the monitor is facing us) and it's visible to the right (but behind!) the doll with a black suit with blond hair.

Sorry for not knowing the toy with the black suit and blonde hair... lol
