If you have additional information, beyond what you have already reported in-game, then you may use the
@DansDeacon - Please remember that Forum Moderators, like Player Moderators in-game, are regular players. We have no access to other players' information or in-game abuse report records. We moderate the Forums following the guidelines that Jagex has provided to us. As I explained before, we can not moderate the forums based on what happens in-game or on another site.
I suggest that you follow the advice previously given and send an email to Jagex that provides them with the evidence you claim to have.

@ DansDeacon - Forum Help is not here for conversation or debate. While you are allowed to ask for clarification or explanation, you have already done that and it has been given. There are limits to how many times you can ask, as mentioned in the opening post.
