To address the two aspects you mentioned, the consensus of the current review is that no action is needed on the posts as they are mildly off-topic and tangentially linking to the goldswapping, so the best course of action would be to ignore them and move the discussion forward on topic - which has already been done by you and another poster.

Then, regarding the assumptions you made about reference to duping, simply put, it was an erroneous assumption. There was not a discussion going on there about duping. Since bug abuse discussions aren't allowed on the forums, please let us know if the reported thread becomes such a discussion.
