@ Mrs Ana - Inappropriate or offensive display names seen on the Forums are best reported in-game. For RS3, you can do this through the Lobby.
From the Lobby, click on the "Friends" tab. At the lower right corner, click on "Report Abuse"
Enter the name in the box, and click on "Next"
Scroll down the list of report reasons to the "Respect" section and choose "Offensive account name" and click on "Send Report"
For OSRS you can do this from in-game. Click the “Report” button at bottom right of the chatbox. Enter the name and click on “8. Offensive account name”
