I can see where you are coming from and do understand what you are saying. Yes in the past more then 1 person posting the advice was too much. From what I can tell they are taking it in turns to help out the Community. As you can see on page 10 of the thread they are both using it after a slight rework of the original warning message.
I think it will be ok right now. If it gets posted too often then the F-Mod team or CM Nick may step in and leave some advice.
Right now I don't think anythng needs doing.
