19. I mostly use the knowledge base and forums, but I also use the RuneScape Wiki a fair amount.
Edit: Why? Hmmm… Well, I guess I get the impression that wikis in general are pretty good sources of information. And the RS Wiki certainly has a lot of information.
Obviously, I use the kb because it's official.
As for the forums, I find that they seem to have the best guides (e.g., for training skills). Of course, I haven't really had a good look at many fan sites.

19. Which is your favourite RuneScape fan/help site and why?

It puts less lag on my laptop than runehq and its simple to use.
I also like Wikia runescape when i need more information on stuff that Tip.it doesnt give

is my favorite because they actually try to keep up and post the runescape updates on there site, they're a very active community with a massive amount of events, and there runescape community forums are very friendly and have very good moderators that keep the forums clean and the conversations productive and meaningful and not spam.
and runescape.wikia is alright. not much of a community but they get info i need up and its pretty accurate.
