My favourite item of all time would have to be my Quest Cape. It was my first cape of accomplishment and back when those were first introduced I worked hard to get it, and ever since I've managed to keep it. In fact when I took a break for a few months, it was the first thing I aimed for.
Plus, when a fiendishly difficult quest comes out and I finish it first day, it's a nice ego boost.
