I haven't really given up, but I have put Summoning, Runecrafting and Firemaking on the back burner. And I don't do hunter much anymore because I am already level 99.

Ahahahahaha what's your definition of 'giving up'? Mine includes 'F- you, farming, you're slow and painful and I haaate you', so yeah, given up on farming. Runecrafting is teetering on the 'trained only via penguins' pile due to insanity-inducing boredom, and if I had a list of skills I could totes go down and point to which ones drive me nutsoid from attempted training. Heck, I'll do that.
Firemaking: slow and painful and repetitive and useless.
Farming: Slow and boring and slow and boring and slowwww.
Agility: 60-70 on the Bandos Throne Room a YEAR ago has successfully burnt me out. Owwwww.
Dungeoneering: Only handleable in tiny chunks. Nerding out over RS quests since 2004
