Jagex can't (financially) afford to offer a static server (old school as it was on launch, without any of the updates since launch, that never gets updated).

Is it true that JMods are locking away access to account names in a dishonest fashion, essentially disallowing players to have specific names they want to hold hostage for themselves/friends?
PvP, especially Wildy Open World PvP is dead... Myth or truth?
I know PvP hasn't been going extremely well in RS3 except Warband. However the myth is (according to some RSOF users) old school style Wildy PvP is doing great. Well, I really don't see anybody at all at Edgeville... Just curious if old school PvP still exist.
In FFA / no loot share , getting an expensive drop ruins someones "RNG" for getting another drop eg getting a torva drop from nex will means you are at a reduced rate for the following kills.
1. Female characters have a higher rng than male characters in the game.
2. When an account is created it is allocated a "luck level" so some players will always be more lucky than others.
3. You can receive an invitation via an in game message, a message on social media, or an email to join the Player Moderator, Forum Moderator or Community Helper teams. (Please emphasise that Jagex only contact you via your in game message centre for this).
4. The Runescape rules do not apply to everyone equally.
5. That monk fish drop monk robes.
6. Obtaining a skilling pet puts you in a cool down, so you cannot receive another one for two weeks.
7. Player moderators are chosen from those players who submit the most reports in game.
8. Mod Raven has a pet raven called Cyril.
Truths:
1. Having a bank pin, and an authenticator, linked to a secured email with two step verification, never sharing your account information with anyone, and never clicking on any links in Twitch streams (other than the Official Runescape streams) or emails or social media sites, and running regular virus scans is the best way of securing your account.
Do feel free to mention my name if you use any of these Mod Osborne
Edit: When I say you, I mean Jagex/ RuneScape as a company, no one targeted in particular.
Myth #1.
You guys still are adopting the Expansions design for updates as you did with Menaphos: one big update every 3 or 4 months, and just smaller updates/ patches for the weeks/ months running up to the big update as you concentrate majority of assets on the big update.
Though it was stated that the Expansions idea did not work out after the release of Menaphos and that design model wasn't going to be continued, we are still getting one big update followed by weeks if not months of small updates or even just patches.
I'll use Anachronia as the latest example of this; a big update, followed by patches for weeks afterwards.
Myth #2.
Clan Code is incredibly messy/ too complicated to really work on
(spaghetti code)
, so rather than spend the time to fix it and give actual new content
(not just Quality of Life, but thankfully we do have God Shauny giving us something)
you'll just state Clan content is not as important to the playerbase as say a new high level boss and brush Clans aside.
Myth #3.
You'll not actually read/ address these actual issues brought up by players like myself, and go with more easier to answer or funny ones on this thread.

Interesting concept. Casual or official statements made by Jmods regarding myths can get interpreted in various ways, and echo for years. As a result of that, here are a few myths that I see very often:
Myths
- Account sharing is allowed
- OSRS has different game rules than RS3
- Jagex does not look at offence appeals
- The best way to get customer support is through reddit/twitter
- Streamers get special treatment in customer support
- Jagex doesn't take action against hijackers
- Bot reports do nothing
- Emailing to '[email protected]' does nothing.
