Do you really believe that in this case it was a "power abuse" really? Because they do not want their game to be associated with such bad publicity and want to show they will not ignore such toxic behaviour? especially a content creator that is most likely watched by younger audience resolving in only making the issue worse by making it seem like suicide is a joke? I do not see runescape becoming youtube in popularity that is far fetched for sure simply said its their game and they can do what ever they wish to do with it this guy unknowingly signed up for a public execution your argument is that it was a "power abuse" but in reality he got what he deserved yes there are some flaws in the security system for your account but this is not a discussion about the security system but about a guy who got rightfully banned for toxic behaviour and if you really think it is unfair for him to get banned after showing such little care about what he has done and half assed apology well you should perhaps try to understand it in a different way such as this happened to one of your loved ones or family member I would love to see how you would react if someone in your circle was suicidal and was told to do it already basically and even laugh about it well I do not think you would be happy either.
