Mod Kalaya is just a customer service representative. Unfortunately everyone likes to shoot the messenger. Her job has required her to make TH news posts on the forum. Her job had required her to post "bad news" or unfavorable responses such as the fact that no one in Jagex is working on the promised loyalty shop over-ride.

I feel bad that she is treated so badly, it isn't her fault her bosses suck ass. She is just trying to make a living. Jagex 2019 New Year Resolution... MTX our customers until RS3 SERVER SHUTDOWN PARTY!

The RS3 Community is treated like RUBBISH due to constant TH promotions.

Don't buy keys on Treasure Hunter, if you do Jagex will only make more TH promotions
