@ Kayil - This thread is for getting assistance with Forum related issues, such as requesting a thread be closed, or reporting inappropriate posts. (See first post for more details)
It is not for getting assistance with in-game issues.
My best advice is to check your Achievements: Click the Hero (sword) icon on the game ribbon > Achievents > Exploration > Tirannwn, and check the box on 'Hide Completed' to verify that all of the Medium tasks have been completed.
If they are, and Gwir still will not award you with the quiver 2, then create a thread in the RuneScape Guides and Help Forum for ask for additional assistance.
