The request to have a thread unlocked was denied. You had 2 other threads with the same title and that was causing confusion. Hence the request on the 16th September for you to pick a new title. Seeing as you bumped the thread back up a new title was given to you with the option to change it to something more to your liking other then just " Toys ".
Sadly the request to unlock was denied.

If you need further assistance with this issue then you will need to take it to the Review thread. You are after all accusing Me of harassing you so Jagex would need to be informed so they can investigate the matter further.
