Clans work in this fashion too, not sure if all, but some do and even though it's extremely unfair or maybe more bias than unfair there's nothing you can do about it. People work in this fashion for whatever reason and you just can't fight it.

Honestly bro, I am known on the forums for being not well liked in the eyes of a lot of people due to perceived arrogance and an overly brash posting style, and yet I was staffed.

It's not a matter of it being a popularity contest. If they're good for the role, then they're good for the role. There's really no getting around that, really.

If you are not then you have no reason to complain and should take your comments elsewhere as it has got absolutely nothing to do with you. Whatsoever. And you are dragging a recruitment thread off topic and into disrepute.

If you are then don't you think it would be polite and respectful to actually get in there and discuss it in private with Krystelle and the Admins instead of arguing on this recruitment thread?

I was just asking a simple question and would appreciate it if i was allowed just to get an answer.

As i have im now done here, for now, thus till a new problem arises i wont be replying further.
