If you know/understand how to use VPN's, get one with UK/US ip's so you're capable of signing up. Plenty of tutorials online you can find.

I tried using a VPN, it gives me an "Oh no we can't enable twitch prime on your account"

Hello, I'm from the netherlands, there they dont offer twitch prime and i still want this offer what can i do? can i not get 1 month rs membership to get the same?

Twitch Prime is not supported in most of the country´s so this is a terrible promotion.
A lot of people will be let down even if they want to purchase it, they simply can´t.
