If there are ways that the two of you can make your threads distinctive from one another rather than being exact replicas, that really would be the best way forward here. After all, while you now own the thread, the current content was originally posted by the other player.

In the past when this kind of issue arose (that each side accused the other of plagiarism, couldn't come to an agreement, and things got ugly very quickly), the end result was both sides being asked to rewrite their threads entirely, allowing no one to use the content. As a result, I would highly encourage you and the other author to come to some sort of agreement regarding what each side can use to mutually resolve this scenario.

Asspen - What happens off-site is out of the control of FMods and Jagex. If what you have encountered on Discord violates in some way Discord's Terms & Conditions, you would need to report the Discord server/user to Discord, not to Jagex.

FMods can only evaluate what is posted on the actual thread on the forums. There isn't anything on that thread which is rulebreaking, and as such there isn't any action to take here.
