@ Djcd - You created a thread for a clan called Storm Fury. That clan still exists. As I said in my previous post, the rule of thumb that J Mods have applied in the past to similar situations, is that when you create and post content for a particular clan's thread, it is considered to be a gift to that clan. If you leave that clan, for whatever reason, that clan is still allowed to continue to use the content that you created for them. In fact, the previous version of the Code of Conduct specified that content posted for a clan belongs to the clan.

Djcd - While the forum Code of Conduct has been updated, the guidance on plagiarism has not - as Tren stated before, in the case of a clan thread, the work done by the player who writes a recruitment thread for a clan is attributed to the clan, and should that person leave, the clan may continue to use that content.

This issue that continues to be brought up here is not one that can be resolved through this thread. As you disagree with the decision that has been made, the Forum Moderation Review thread would be the place to bring the issue up for further review.
