Yeah not perm, just a more reasonable amount of time. It could always have limited features that aren't gamebreaking, but the amount of time its being given out isn't long enough.

Also I've actually not bidded on anything. If anyone were to bid hundreds on a custom title, and actually make the payout, I'm pretty sure I'd be one of those people.

The concerns over whether Jagex is an American or British company gives an excellent pause for concern. Matters not location of ownership, it does however so easily raises the question of charitable contributions outside of ones home country.

I believe in the old adage that "charity begins at home". While Special effects is surely a worthwhile charitable organization and serves the UK well it does nothing for any other country. My moral support is extended to all the charitable agency's of my Runescape friends whatever their Nationally. That being said I neither expect them or my self to contribute to the charity of any Country but their own.

If you decide to contribute or not is a personal choice and I respect that.

This is only my opinon on the matter.
