My apologies, I might have misunderstood the context of your post. I will double check with the team and the 'cc' on our stance with those specific actions and ensure the actions taking in future are consistent.

I thought you might be able to see you're own posts <--- Such a noob. ^_^

If you can include Page and Post number in replies it makes resolution a lot easier, though I understand tracking back can be arduous.

I've had a chance now to scan through more recent review requests. Due to the scale of how many there are I will be collating reviews based on topic / Fmod to review independently and make changes / deliver feedback.

This means I won't be responding to you individually (for the most recent posts), but I will be reviewing each case.

One thing to note, please ensure when posting you are using the template on the first page - including page number and post number. We need to see context when reviewing posts so simply providing a quote won't be enough and may not be seen till later.

Thanks for your post. I just want to reiterate that the late absence of coverage is largely due to issues with permissions and a small blind spot in communications. This was our mistake for not spotting it sooner, as the LMod’s are patiently waiting for us to get them set up. Mod Meadows will still have ownership of this thread, I will be jumping in on occasion.

To answer your question, do you mean Twitter Community Helpers? If so, their responses are part monitored by the Player Support team which they work alongside. If you have a specific situation in mind where you think feedback is needed could you share a link or some details, I can then work out the best place to forward concerns.

Thanks for this, feel free to advise both LMod’s and FMods in future on actions which you think need taken for a specific thread, make sure to provide your reasons. This way they can provide quicker support with your feedback than having to contact us through FMR.
