Hey! Are you perhaps looking at your clan page that is not on the forums. If so, they will not have a QFC as only threads on the main forums will have QFC.
EDIT: However, you can link players to your particular clan page using the link found in the address bar. For example, clicking on this will take you to your clan's page.

I don't think
Winters Breath
has a clan thread set up as when I search for that particular clan, no search results are found. I advise telling your clan owner to make one as it definitely helps with recruitment!
