Charm Quark: If you have a problem with the lock in question then by all means I implore you to use the FMR thread. Jagex can indeed look into this. However it looks very much like the common scam attempts of people using the GE claiming that they need someone to buy a certain item for them and in fact they're selling it.

So I'm not buying for an instant that an item valued at approximately 159gp someone would go to the trouble of paying a 7 figure amount in an effort to finish a daily challenge when they are quite a common drop from chaos druids. Also the seeds are only 100gp each as I just tested that as well.

So no we aren't about to unlock said thread. Nor was it locked for the wrong reason as you ascertain.
