That's something that needs to be reported in game as there's no evidence of anything dodgy in that person's forum posts... so there's not much we can do here I'm afraid.

If you come across anything further on the forums that does contain some evidence, please let us know.

I appreciate this must be frustrating, but without some evidence, nothing can be done =/
