Regarding the fc name, they are free to pick what they like as long as it doesn't break any RS rules.

Regarding the thread plagiarism, the only posts of note are the introduction post and the history. The ranking post is pretty generic across many clans and fcs anyway so I'd gloss over that. Whether they should be asked to change their intro and history depends on whether they can legitimately be considered as a continuation of the original fc. Of course, as the original owner, your claiming that that is not the case is an important factor. However, I'd like to take some time to discuss this with other FMods and perhaps investigate the fc a bit further before taking action.


Edit: The owners of the new fc will be asked to remove the history from before the creation of their thread. However, an issue of plagiarism will not be pushed, both because the new thread is sufficiently different from the old, and because noone is actively involved with the old fc. -
