Lnkmiegel - The FMR thread mainly exists for the exact purposes you posted here, to request a review of actions taken by a specific FMod in a specific instance. That's the main reason why I redirected you there; there isn't anything I can do from here to make amends to the situation and the JMods who review the FMR thread can make the decision and (hopefully) the final say. I'm sorry if you feel you have been sent in circles.
