If a report is hidden and you see no action taken it means the F-Mod dealing with it felt there was no action needed.
It does not mean wait a while post again and hope another F-Mod takes action.
I went and looked at the report and I see nothing wrong with it so I would not have taken any action either.
If you feel the need to complain then I suggest you use the Review thread and ask Jagex to make the call as 2 F-Mods felt no action was needed. Comprehensive Account Security
