I'd be willing to poll it, but I don't think Jagex would. They tend to avoid adding content from RS3 for numerous reasons, first and foremost being the inability to provide the same enjoyment from a skill that you would get in RS3 as a result of engine limitations, graphics, etc. They've touched on this in several Q&A streams.
Secondly, Summoning and Dungeoneering have very negative connotations in most peoples' minds. Right or wrong, they fear adding those skills would lead down a slippery slope whereat the bottom is EoC and other bad updates. Even if a few people are in favor of this, I'm fairly certain the outcome of polling these skills would be a resounding failure.
I don't really associate Dungeoneering with raids, but some people have taken to doing so, and I believe that will influence the opinions of people, as well. As Icycle said, "you're already getting raids, in all but name and skill status." Many people think this way. Many people would consider adding Dungeoneering to be superfluous.
Finally, I never liked the skill in the first place. Admittedly, I never got far with it, so perhaps I might have taken a liking to it further along, but I remember quite well thinking it was as a very dull and unrewarding experience.
