I'd have locked both for a myriad of reasons. First and foremost they identify their full name in the opening line of their post, which by the very nature of the forums would be against the rules.

As to the rest of it there really isn't much more to discuss when a J-mod has posted on the thread and lat out told them that a majority of the information they're trying to recover with is flat out incorrect.

So it shant be getting unlocked by us as the J-mods didn't see fit to unlock it either.

While we can all agree that rares don't typically shift to far in the course of a few hours. They were posting as to what their start of day and finish of day was by editing the exact same post. They didn't post it multiple times as you first ascertained.

As to your 2nd question. While the community may suspect an account is an alternate of another player, only Jagex can confirm it. As the F-mod team is diverse we don't have a program that lists every user and every account they forum with. So short answer is it takes time for us to figure out who's who, unless it's blatantly obvious.
