If you are having issues with your membership, your best bet is to visit the Payments and Membership Section of the Support Centre. There are several articles there, group by payment type. Find and read the "Making a Successful Purchase" and the "Common Questions/Issues" articles for the payment type that you used.

If you need additional assistance with this, post a thread in the Community Led Payment Support Forum describing the problem and one of the Community Helpers should be along shortly to help you find the relevant support page or "Contact Us" button that will allow you to send in a support ticket.
