Dear Jagex,
I do think that the new Wilderness (PvP) is a good new feature to the game and it makes Runescape a whole lot of more fun. But as said in the earlier comments on this thread, I think there should be a couple of "Non Wilderness"-worlds, probably at least 10 of them.
Then all the players who have left the game because of the new Wildy can come back and have fun, they too. This would not only benefit the players who have left because of the old Wildy returning, it would also benefit you, Jagex, a lot.
As i know it, there have been a large amount of member players who have left. If you could get these players back, through making x-numbers of "non-wilderness" worlds, you would get back the member subscribers you have lost.
Myself, I am a f2p-player and i do not use the Wildy as much as i know the p2p-players does. But I would personally love to se a couple of "non-Wildy"-worlds coming up soon, it would benefit us all.
So please Jagex, make yourself a huge favor by following my and many other peoples advise. It would make Runescape a game with more variation and a lot less unhappy players.

I've always been against the Wildy coming back. It may be fun to do for some players. Not for me. But that is not he reason why I hate it. Nobody is forcing me to go in there.
The reason why I knew it would go wrong is because lots of people try to be brave and lose all their expensive stuff. And that is why they all turn hacking to get back what they lost and more.... And it is clearly showing that the hacking is going totally out of control. Players are losing half of their bank by large numbers, and not just the new unexperienced players. High ranked players too, who should know to keep it safe. It must be obvious something has to be done.
Maybe you have to find a way to make people more aware of the danger in more languages in game, but I think Jagex could also make an effort to add some extra safety within the website.
I would be willing to pay more every month, if I would have some insurance against losing items when being hacked, while I kept my account as safe as I could. I know how to do that, I am not a child, I'm 40, so I know something about it....

Let me tell you a little about a 10 minute game experience - the image of RS;
At West varrock bank; while gearing up to farm I watched two firemaking bots "fighting" on the street outside. One were wearing a dragon scimmy, the otherone had a full melee void. Since they both worked in the exact same pattern on the exact same spot, one of them couldn't lit the fires, so he just kept dropping his logs unlit over the fires from the other bot. >.< For a second I found that a bit amusing. Then I watched the little stream of rc bots working hard, and the other fletching bots scattered in the bank, and the feeling of fun died.
Teled to draynor to get away from the bots.. instead I could see both thieving- and wc bots working just as hard there. So many characters in total, still sucha a silent and surrealistic atmosphere. Noone talking, noone having fun..

Teled to Al Kharid to start my farmrun by the cactus. At the palace I could instantly see about 5-6 bots working to slay the guards. High lvl herbs laying on the ground, lots of drops that should have been useful for low lvl players. Hwo cares..
So I move on and by the rimmington bush patch I notice a player cursing loudly over the botter next to him, stealing his trees...
All along the way during my farmrun I can see botters everywere. Ending my farmrun in Catherby were I get my daily flax. Yew botters swarming the trees.. All standing by one tree even tho there are other trees around. All moving in the same pattern. At the flax I'm met by 10-15 botters working just as hard...

Sat down with my friend for a while ..talking about the game.. how sad it really is... He was just training some agility to get the shattered rocks, and there was a handful botters working at the agility course as well...
Did a google with the searchwords "runescape + bots". Got 376 000 hits - mostly sites offering "effective" and "safe" bot programs...
Gf you botting scum..
You've managed to kill the game..
Hope you are proud when you stand there left alone with your bots and noone to play with!

Please bring back the bot killing events - like the drunken dwarf, strange plant, broken hatchet, etc.
Ofc that would be tough for those that are trying to stay lvl 3 cb, or those that doesn't pay attention - but thats really their choice. It's silly that the rest of us has to stand back and watch the bot army grow for that reason...

Ya... ever since the return of the wildy and free trade, the number of bots has skyrocketed. Jagex needs to bring back a bunch of the old random events... I remember the event where the pick head flies off... that would kill the bots for sure :D Click here for ideas on exploring other worlds, specifically the human homeworld Teragard. This one's me baby
