I have no problem with bringing the wildy back. Just as Jagex has created PVP worlds, I'd like to see Full PVP worlds, Wildy PVP worlds (for the casual needs-to-kill-a-fellow-player player), and non-PVP worlds (still populated with revenants). How you play the game should be a choice of the individual player.
However, the trade restrictions MUST stay in place. I do NOT want a return to the world of scamming, cheating and so many bots I can't train most of the things I choose to...

Maximum price and minimum price is crap. Some of you people think it would ruin the economy, I must say, you are WRONG, it has it's own solution, no one would buy a whip for 10 mill. And then again no one would sell it for 500k. There are invisible rules for these things. You probably never played in 2006 and/or before?
