Although it is a nice suggestion, it is completely flawed. If we have wild and no free trade, people would just go into wild with what they want to transfer and kill the person with the money. Plot hole :)

I sure hope you get time to read this as it is basicly all true.
The free trade / wild is a bad idea. I voted NO and here is why:
1. Current wild is the games main weapon sink. Old wild will keep weapons in game and the game will experiance massive deflation.( you can already see the massive deflation in the market with all the items crashing this will stay if you follow through with this update.)
Now tell me who wants to go to GWD to get a 5m hilt drop. NO ONE!. this will happen with old wild coming back.
2. You worked 3 long years to get rid of wild / free trade / real world trade scams.
When you bring back free trade and old wild. You WILL invite all of this cheating back into the game with open arms.
3. Murchant clans may cause drastic inflation on certain items in game. Dont go thinking free trade will cure this problem. it will only make it worse.
4. There will probably be massive lours and scamming going on if you bring back the old wild. You your self should know that this is a big no no.
There i pretty much said it all. No to the wild/free trade because it is basicly not in the interests of the community. If most people took the time to think of this befor speraticaly voting on the subject im sure there would be many changed votes.
Im sure some good will come from this. Full risk stacking will be back and from all i hear thats about the only good thing that will come from this update.
There are other ways around this idea Jagex and i know you could come up with better solutions.

P.S. I cant wait to play Stellar Dawn :D maybe thats the game this vote is for lools! I hope! *crosses fingers*

I wonder how many that talk about this wildy and free trade coming back has actually played when it was still here.
i kno i was and man not going to lie, i played alot bcuz it was the funnest game ever, pking was the main objective for everyone but now, i c no point in playing runescape. getting good stats for what, to do quests? how boring can that be. some people may find it fun well they can still do it while old pk and trade limit is here.

remember this post page and tell to all the noobs in future...
here is how "scamming works"
scenario 1:
Players 1 buys 1k mage logs and 1k willows (they used to look like eachother) mage logs are on market price for 1.3k ea he selling in world 18 cammy bank for 800 ea, player 2 sees this and thinks he is about to get the deal of a lifetime, he throws up his 800k for 1.3mil worth of mage logs and clicks away at accept not wating player 1 to think, player 1 quickly and quitely switches the mage for willows, and clicks accpet himself, now in second trade window if you where smart you would see is says willow logs (x1000) and not magic logs(x1000)... player 2 just spent 800k on maybe 30k of willows...

scenario 2:
before money was colored at diferent mils you could make 4 look like k... a whip was worth about 3mil so player 1 would sell a whip for 3mil player 2 comes and puts up 50004, now that is only 50k but it used to look like 5000k player 1 gets all excited and rapidly clicks accept... in second trade window he SHOULD look and see it saus 50004 and not 5,000,000....

simple enough?

Its not just deflation. Over time you will eventualy have to much of everything in the game. you can even see it now there are easly hundreds of items that are "junk" and that are basicly alch candy. Id hate to see this with boss items and many other items. Because with old wild it will happen.
