In this time where everyone is striving to become number one, there is always going to be higher levels picking on lower levels. The only way to counter this is to ignore them and hop to a different world so they cannot follow you. Even if you are level 138, there is always going to be another level 138 better than you

I think Freetrade and wildy should return i've played since about 2004, maybe 2005 and the only reason i quit was becaue of that update. Here is a poem someone wrote back in 2007.
The Truth:
10th December I woke up,
Drank my choco, washed the cup,
Opened the window , And what do I see?
My ugly neighbour , Screaming at me :
"They Ruined RuneScape" he said , cried and ran
I turned on my PC , Like a real man
Opened my browser, turned off my TV
And suddenly on my homepage, What do I see?
"RuneScape vs Real-world Trading " I began to read
Sicker and sicker I am starting to feel
"Wilderness changes" maybe it's not as bad as it seemed
This must be a joke, this can NOT be real
Understanding what my friend was talking about
I logged on the forum, and started to shout!
Why Jagex? Why have you done this to me?
Destroyed the thing I love, yet can you see
How much Time we have wasted, we are no longer free
I Wanted to kill, but I couldn't PK,
I lost my merchanting, whats the point to play?
Duel Arena stinks, the Grand Exchange is a bore,
Jagex you yet again, fail us once more.
Why are messages hidden, Jagex are you scared?
Do you feel that the truth, is something not bared?
Or do you want to lose your members more then ever,
Because you have ruined this game, for now, and for ever.
You can remove our posts, and keep us quiet,
But when it goes down, there will always be riot
Rants upon rants, people throw their fits,
Until this day came, now its time to call it quits.
I know the rhymes, might mistake, but can't you see?
It's Jagex! Please do not blame it on me!

It didn't fix it friend, what it did was slowly take RWT botting and turn it into runescape player botting. The game is pretty boring sometimes, alot of people hardly never interact with anyone bc so many people are botters.
Personally I think free trade will increase RWT alot more, but seriously, I'd rather put up with idiots who buy rs stuff online than have 8 bots cutting yew logs or hunting chins because they are too bored and lazy to sit there and do it.
Jagex is giving runescape back to us, its up to us to make it better or worse, we can sit and complain about all the changes and updates, or we can find ways to make them benefit us.
The ball is in our court.

Personally for you from what you said is that only problem you had with bots is that they were stealing your trees, what about everyone else? How do you think the bots affected them? I think personally that RWT did have an effect on players also & Jagex responded the way they did for a reason. They took a considerable amount of time to think through about the advantages & disadvantages, & obviously the advantages out-weighed, so my question is how can Jagex be wrong?
