In what way has this game been perfect? The economy is shot due to merchant clans, the botters have been ridiculous. And "you just can't take into consideration everything players want" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? That's EXACTLY what we want. We want Jagex to actually listen to US. Why would you advise against it, that's what makes a game great. LISTENING to the PLAYERS.

Well and you think there would be NO botters if there was wild...?There are and will always be some people who just can't play normally like most of us because they have no respect for the game nor patience.
I don't know maybe you are too young to understand or just so hyped up about this wild idea....Since when people know what they want....I'm not saying that Jaggex shouldn't listen to us the players ...but not in everything...
And this is not some minor thing to decide i think.
Players are starting to ask too much.
Wilderness also has no point.
What was good back then?
More swearing and flaming,more scamming.

The way i see it, by implementing these updates it will cause many players to return from their hiatus, but also may cause just as many people to quit. Lets say that runescape has 100,000 people joined (i could find the exact number but this is just an example) Lets say that of the 10% who say no, 7% actually quit because of it. Thats 7,000 people. Now, ther couldnt have been TOO many people quit when free trade and wildy went away, im assuming its at the most 25%. Runescape had been building up still, so lets say that there were 80,000. Thats 20,000 people who quit. Now take into account the people who just plain quit, the people who think runescape is a "kids game", the ones who forgot all of their account info, or the people who (might) have passed on in some sort of tragedy. My guess is that would cut down by at least 50%, so thats 10,000 people. That means that the net gain is almost the same, and that all youve done is added 3000 players and made 3000 very unhappy.
Just a thought.

^^ 'Wilderness has no point'. Wanna get philosophical? Whats the point of life, the universe, and everything? And you cant say 42.
EDIT: Wonder if anyone got the reference ;]

I never said there would be NO botters, I'm saying the amount has absolutely nothing to do with the wild and free trade. I'm not even gonna argue about the age thing, since I'm one of the very few people on here who know how to TALK correctly. Also, you DID say Jagex shouldn't listen to us. But even "not in everything" this is a MAJOR update that the voices of the players should be heard. Wilderness also has no point? The point is DANGER and RISK like it was supposed to be, not this wasteland with a ghost every once in a while. It was supposed to be this place where players could attack each other. More swearing and flaming? I see no way in which that has anything to do with the update. Scamming? That's your own fault now. There is now a HUGE FLASHING RED EXCLAMATION POINT when someone changes their offer and a BIG WARNING SIGN THAT COVERS YOUR WHOLE SCREEN when going into the wild. So sorry if you got scammed, but you can PREVENT it now.

Why should clues, quests and bosses be moved when they were apart of the wild before it was taken away. I mean people were smart enough not to bring what they didn't wanna lose

I know this probably won't be read and i am just going to be ignored on this but i will make my point clear.
This vote of yours many of the 90% have voted incorrectly and do not want the old wilderness back and if you do take a look at in game and the forums it is full of old players rejecting the idea it is only these new players that have seen these websites and want all of this cheap gold.
May i also mention that after you took the wilderness away and free trade away you did not even loose that many players, the Pkers went on to skill for a while until PvP and BH was out all that you lost were the hundreds of thousands of bots. Which i was glad to see and people saying there are more bots now than ever, i do not think so i never see anyone by the trees in Draynor or Falador any more.
I feel that there should be a World of Warcraft style PvP option available or world available where you can PvP and do skills in the rest of the world. not like some world where it restricts you just to Edgeville/wilderness.
I am ashamed to see this return and it will make things alot worse for the players who have experienced this before, as today there is still gold farming being done and accounts being traded and you know this and you yourselves have seen the various websites and spammers ingame.
I am one for the Free trade to return but also bringing the wilderness/PvP which you have already implemented into specialist worlds would just be a waste of time for you and us. Please look at other options as i know that it is definitely not 90% of players that want this, look at the skiller to Pker ratio it is around 60%-20% other 20% bieng newbies ro players that don't care, im not saying that 60% are skillers just that 60% *kill often more so than killing fellow players, and many are convincing new players to vote for Wildy and many are multiply voting and as Mod Mark H said don't vote if you don't want it which just makes the pro wildy vote stronger.
Player of 5 years on&off.

I voted no, but know, I have some regrets of my vote...
I was afraid that with the free trade the bots will also come back.
This is the only thing that I hated on RS: bots bots bots.
Hoodreds of bots cutting willow, yew, etc. and making it difficult for you to skill or make money...
But the times have changed.
Ofcourse, old botters will begin to bot again, but Jagex continued to develop their anti-botting system so these bots will all be banned withing a week or so.
I also hated the G.E. in the beginning, but now I love it.
Prices stay the same, your goods are sold in a minute and so on.
And then, the merchers came who manipulated the prices by convincing noobs to buy a lot of stuff at once.
If Jagex only forbid these price manipulation tactic since it's so unfair that it's even banned in the real world.
Then all would be good.
Concerning the comeback of the wildy, I don't really care.
As long as the wildy is disabled in the FoG and the CW worlds, I'm ok with it.
Than I can finally pk again while I know what I will get: the stuff he's wearing.
Guys, I'm very sorry that I voted no.
Not that it matters, because only 8% voted no, so the wildy and free trade will come back.
Though, Pinky is right too...
