Before you removed the free trade, I really enjoyed helping people by trading potions for their herbs/bars for their ores/...
I was very made because that wasn't really possible anymore, because of the price range that grew bigger and bigger.
If you bring that back, I really want the free trade thing back.
If not, then I'M BEGGING YOU, DON't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its crackign me up seeing all these people wine and cry about clues. Jagex originally intended it to be high risk for clues or they never would of put clues in the wildy to begin with. Get over it. Its too easy to just log out if you see a white dot comming toward you or takes some brews and run back down to lvl 1 wildy all the way from mb if you get tbed. lol bring it back!!!

Do you even know rs without trade limit? Do you know wildly without revs and with pkers?
For players that were not here at that time, free trade means nothing, and pking is something they are afraid of. They have heard of getting scammed and are afraid of it.
You don’t know what it is like to buy something without having a merchant clan manipulate the price on the ge… You have never bought something without “junk trading” to even out the price of what players say it is worth and what jagex says its worth. You have never went into the wildy and were attacked by another player … rallied your friends and took the pker out…. you never had the chance to figure out what is and is not of value by yourself, it has always been handed to you.
If you don’t want to be pked, find a quiet world before entering the wild, if you don’t want to be scammed look up on forums what the price of what you want to buy is going for… don’t rely on jagex to tell you what it is worth decide for yourself if you want to pay 100K for something that is 30K. If you need it badly enough to pay 70K more, then buy it*
*** at one time did not spoon feed its players, we had to make decisions for our self.

I'm concerned about this, because you don't need to log in to vote, which means someone could put my name in and vote yes. NOT COOL!!!

Anyway, my thoughts..
I'm not going to vote to bring the wildreness and free trade back.
here are my reasons...
1. I don't want to get murdered by level 138's every time i try and get near to anything that happens to be in the wilderness. I don't think it's fair on lower levelled players as it severely restricts a whole section of the map for them.
2. Free trade means a return to item scamming, more people at the grand exchange having to pay extortionate amounts for something they desperately need for a quest, and items shooting up in price for no reason.
3. The reasons jagex took these things away originally still stand today. If they come back, the cheating and unfairness will come back, there will be more incentive to multi-log, and more new players will be scammed.
Those are my thoughts on the issue..

In my opinion, this is just a big con to be honest. It's all about going for a Guinness World Record as I see it. I remember being online when Jagex told people that if they reveal how party hats were created, they'd give those people free memberships - instead the players who submitted the method were banned.
I wouldn't be surprised if Jagex, if it gets a majority of votes for this, backs out or tells a complete lie.

Nine years of playing this game...and Jagex is a corporate company anyway, and corporations lie...
I'm not voting, because I'd rather not contribute to what I perceive to be a deceiving cause. If I can be proved wrong, great! But, I doubt it.
So, I don't see any credence in what is said. Others share the same sentiment.
This is all in my opinion; I'm not making statement* that are true, so, I can't be sued for defamation. But, I'm aware about the possibility that Jagex have lied in the past and may do so on this matter.
I don't mind the free trade, but no old wildy. I like revenants, and clue scrolls are a lot easier. Extend the free trade between friends are 6+ months of contact/friendship or even a year, that'd work. But I don't think free trade will work as people will charge what they want.
Still, at least price manipulation clans won't be in power.

like the idea of free trade, ive been around for a long time and thoroughly enjoyed free trade, ive never once scammed people and never fallen for a scam either, i love the g.e and im not sure how that would work without rs setting current prices on it, but i like being able to give things to my friends, or help them out when they die and lose half thier stuff,.
on the other hand i like the wild the way it is. im not a big fan of pvp, i mostly play this game to relax or do co op stuff with friends, i like now being able to go out into the wild and do stuff like quest, agility, slayer task, runecraft that i never used to do before. the reverants are nice becuase theres still a challenge, but unlike pvp chars, they dont camp the spots people are suppose to use in a non pvp fashion. i know there are some people that like to pvp and i have nothing against that, so if it were up to me, i would bring back the wild, but have some worlds left that use the current standard for those skillers or other people that dont like pvp.
reasoning for both, i would like them to keep the pricing the ge the was it is but trading between players should be free, and the wild should go back to how it was, but leave some servers with the way it is now
